I was at Forever21 the other day "looking" around, you know.. the usual. I came across this super cute top. I thought it was adorable, I had to have it. The price was even better, only $8.90. I paired with skinny black jeans and a leather jacket.. it was so windy today. It was little hard to take pictures with my hair everywhere.
